Gf and DF Tarte tatin

Tarte tatin is a simple yet luxurious dessert and ideal for the holiday season. With a big scoop of vanilla ice creamit is even more special. We made a gluten - and dairy free version while also giving you the option for a more simple and vegan version.

We loved a mix of chestnut -and almond flour for a richer taste and structure for the gf and df version. If you want a simpler and vegan version use store bought puff pastry (obviously the vegan one)

When we first found this recipe at Tasty Yummies, I could not believe that a recipe this simple, could taste that good. This recipe is quite simply perfect and I do recommend this as a “must try.” Vegan and gluten free, oh and all the chocolate goodness.
